Remove, install turbocharger for recondition or exchange.
Remove, install cylinder head for recondition or exchange.
Remove, install and replace fan belt.
Remove, install all fuel injectors for exchange.
Remove, install HEUI pump for exchange
Remove, install fuel priming pump for recondition or replacement.
Remove, install injector harness for replacement.
Re-program injectors with trim codes.
Replace engine oil, oil filter, fuel filter & fuel water separator.
Replace valve cover seal / gasket.
Remove, install valve mechanism group for recondition.
Remove, install exhaust manifold for cleaning and checking.
Clean and inspect fumes disposal group and replace engine breather.
Clean and inspect fuel lines group.
Replace water regulator and clean housing.
Replace top end overhaul gaskets & seals.
Replace air filters.
Remove, install lube oil pump for recondition or exchange.
Remove, install fresh water pump for recondition or exchange.
Remove, install fan drive group for recondition.
Remove, install starter motor for recondition or exchange.
Remove, install alternator for recondition or exchange.
Clean and pressure test lube oil cooler.
Check engine wiring, harness and sensors.
Remove, install all pistons and rods for inspection.
Remove, install crankshaft for checking.
Remove, replace and install crankshaft main & thrust bearings and con rod bearings.
Remove, install camshaft for checking or replacement, if required.
Remove, install front and rear housings & gear train for checking.
Remove, install and clean front timing gears for checking.
Remove, install and clean flywheel for checking.
Clean and inspect cylinder block group.
Clean and inspect oil lines group.
Inspect/Replace hoses and clamps.
Replace all gaskets & seals.
Perform dynamometer test.
Carry out standard spray painting.
Start up and test engine.
Equipment Protection Plans (EPP)				✓

Terms & Conditions:

Applicable to specific Cat equipment model only.
Option 1, 2 & 2+ are field service repair options.
Option 3 is in-workshop repair.
Customer to arrange lifting facility on site.
Offer valid till 23rd Dec 2024.
Additional charge of SGD$250 for Fuel System Engine Repair at Tekong Island site.
There will be no shelter, storage area, tooling or parts to be transported by passenger ferry to Tekong Island.
Engine TEO job is applicable to Singapore mainland only.
Lifting machine to be supplied by customer and lifting work to comply to safety regulation.
EPP is valid for 2 years/ 5000 hours, whichever come first and applicable to parts change during engine complete overhaul (Option 3).

Exclusion Items:

Machining and metal fabrication works.
Removal and installation of engine to and from machine.
Transportation.
Servicing of Radiator and Aftercooler.
