Our Fire Pump engines from Caterpillar come with FM/UL approval from 300 to 800 hp; running 1460 to 2300 rpm. TSL Power Systems packages the engines for use in any industrial condition.

With a range from 31 bkW to 5420 bkW, Cat petroleum engines are used in jack up rigs, semi-submersible rigs, FPSOs, FSOs, swamp barges and drilling tenders.

Our engines are also utilised in gas compression applications.

Using updated Autocad and ANSYS systems, our Design team ensures customised design and structures that meet engineering standards. We have in-depth knowledge and experience in large pump and generator packages for oil rig installation and platform operations, ocean-going vessels and building construction projects.

Fire Pump Packages

• Diesel Engine Driven (FM/UL Listed)
• FM/UL Listed Controller
• Fabrication of common base frames and assembly of engine, controller and pump according to NFPA20 and
• Adapt to operations in hazardous area class 1 Division 2 or Zone 2

• Packaged power packs can be designed to meet requirements for operation in hazardous areas classified as class 1 Division 2 or Zone 2
• Alternators can be Totally Enclosed Fan Cooled (TEFC) and certified to EExe by BASEEFA and the engine adapted for increased safety to EEMUA 107 standard.
