Tractors Singapore Limited (TSL) can help you maintain that built-in value through a Customer Support Agreement (CSA).

What is a Customer Support Agreement?

A CSA is an arrangement between you and TSL that helps you lower your cost. Agreements are tailored to fit your business needs and can range from simple Preventive Maintenance Kits to sophisticated Total Cost Performance Guarantees. No matter which option you choose, you can be assured that we will provide you with careful planning and ongoing attention.

What are the Benefits?

  1. Guaranteed Repair Turnaround Time.
  2. Lowest pre-determined maintenance cost.
  3. Qualification to enjoy 3 year extended warranty or 6000 hours (for major components)
  4. Consistent, Managed Maintenance (repair before failure).

Conditions/Exclusions
  1. Customer commits to our Customer Support Agreement (CSA).
  2. Loan machine provided may not be exactly of the same size or specification.
  3. Customer pays for the transportation cost of the loan machine.
  4. Details of terms and conditions are stated in the Customer Support Agreement form.
  5. Terms and Conditions are subject to changes.
