Tractors Singapore Limited (TSL) can help you maintain that built-in value through a Customer Support Agreement (CSA).

What is a Customer Support Agreement?

A CSA is an arrangement between you and TSL that helps you lower your cost. Agreements are tailored to fit your business needs and can range from simple Preventive Maintenance to sophisticated Total Cost Performance Guarantees. No matter which option you choose, you can be assured that we will provide you with careful planning and ongoing attention.

What are the Benefits?

  1. Guaranteed Repair Turnaround Time.
  2. Lowest pre-determined maintenance cost.
  3. Qualification to enjoy 3 year extended warranty or 6000 hours (for major components)
  4. Consistent, Managed Maintenance (repair before failure).

Conditions/Exclusions
  1. Customer commits to our Customer Support Agreement (CSA).
  2. Details of terms and conditions are stated in the Customer Support Agreement form.
  3. Terms and Conditions are subject to changes.


CSAs are applicable to all sizes of machine regardless of age, and it increases the disposal value of your equipment with records of maintenance from Cat dealers.
